Fees and Cancellation Policy
Cost: $600 (Limit of 30 Participants/ Seminar)
Discount:  $150 for members of Convalescent Employers Safety Association (CESA), Harmony Skilled Network, (HSN) and/or CAHF
Late Registration Penalty:  $65 (After December 15, 2009)

Refund Policy:  A full refund will be issued if cancellation is received prior to December 15, 2009.  Participants, who cancel after December 15th but at least 48 hours prior to the course, will receive a full refund minus a $150 late cancellation fee.  Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the seminar will garner no refund and all fees will be retained by BRMS Inc.
