Learning Objectives
Attendees will learn the elements involved in building a culture of safety excellence: an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Management Commitment, Employee Involvement, Hazard Identification and Control, and Safety Training for long term care providers. Exercises will help attendees gain proficiency and confidence in applying the principals covered.
